The photographs can be uploaded using the gram panchayat users of the portal.

The videos can be uploaded using the gram panchayat authorised users of the portal.
I have added the property card prepared details into SVAMITVA Portal, but unable to view them on SVAMITVA Portal, how to enable them on Portal?
After the details are added into the portal, these need to be approved. Once these are approved, they will be available on portal for access.
